Wrong private IP, server unreachable from Internet

Hello guys,

I use Plex for several months without any issues, Plex Media Server is installed on a dedicated server, with debian 8 and I access it remotely. Today, Plex Media Server seemed to crash, I couldn't connect to Plex anymore. I've restarted it and Plex is unreachable from Internet since.

From the URL http://mydomain.com:32400/web/index.html, in the left column my server can't be found anymore. If I create a pipe with ssh root@my_ip -L 8888:localhost:32400 I can access my Library on Plex from http://localhost:8888/web. But I have two errors :
- In General tab, I get: "This server is unclaimed and not secure". When I click on "claim it!" nothing happens.
- In the remote access tab, the server is not reachable from remote network.
I think there is a problem with the Mapping rules displayed: the private ip should be something like 127.0.0.1:32400 and public my public ip. Here I have the public ip twice, on both private and public parts. I don't understand how this is possible, but I think it's related to my remote access issue.

That's very strange, everything's worked like a cham for months...
