Some artists not downloading artist thumb image

I have several artists that aren't getting any images for the Artist image. One fairly popular artist at the top of my list is
Alanis Morissette. Last.fm and Fanart.tv both have imagry for her, but nothing is downloading. I've attached the Last.fm and Fanart.tv logs from a refresh on the artist entry.
