Localhost access from SSH

Hi there,
I'm having troubles trying to directly connect to my Plex Media Server via SSH.

1 - I am using Putty to connect to my server from SSH.
2 - I would like to request http://127.0.0.1:32400/library/sections/
3 - I get error : 401 Unauthorized

Note: On my remote PMS settings page, I have set the authorized ip/subnet to : 127.0.0.1/255.255.255.255
