I was using the Plex for years now, I managed before to login remotely to my server, I consider my self as a guy knows how Plex works,
However, few weeks ago I bought Amazon Fire TV stuck I download it the Plex on it and managed with few simple steps to contact my Mac Book Pro to my Amazon fire tv,
NOW couple days age I opened my Plex and suddenly I got the following error message: Your Plex media server and device are on different subnet! (see the attachment please).
I did everything, I restarted my router, double checked the ip's and the subnet mask of my devises, removed the Plex server from Mac device and reinstall it, remove the app from fire tv and reinstall it, typed my ip manually on my amazon fire tv and my mac.
even though I am able to connect the amazon tv fire with my account using the plex.tv/link method, but I still no able to connect to my server,
knowing that my laptop and my amazon fire stick in same wifi network.
My iPhone not able to connect to my server as well! which was working perfectly before,
Is there any help that you can provide me please?
