[Centos 7] Version 1.0.3.2461 - Bug: Incorrect scheduled event with a massive HDD usage

Hi, everyone.
After updating to the Plex server version 1.0.3.2461 on Linux (Centos 7). I noticed that every day plex is causing a massive HDD usage to my storage pool that holds my Plex library. This did not happen on the previous version of plex server that I was running (0.9.16.6.1993).

(Disk usage over time, showing the Plex task every day at 3am)

I suspect that this is a bug because, in my server's 'scheduled tasks' settings there is no task that is schedules to run every day, though time is consistent (3am).

(My Plex 'scheduled tasks' settings not showing any daily tasks)

The process that appears to be doing the damage is:
Plex Media Scanner --analyze-deeply --item [ID]

This is quite worrying as it didn't happen because as well has causes a hit on my server's performance. Thanks in advance for help in solving this problem.
