Getting DLNA to work with VLC

My VLC is unable to detect the Plex Media Server.
I have enabled DLNA in Plex Server Settings.

https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201543147-What-network-ports-do-I-need-to-allow-through-my-firewall-
I have opened up port TCP 32400, 32469 and UDP 1900 in my firewall.
I have even tried to disable my firewall, but still VLC does not find the server.

https://codeyarns.com/2015/01/25/how-to-play-content-of-upnpdlna-server-in-vlc/
If I open up VLC on the same server running Plex Media Server, it finds the PMS and I am able to browse through the media. If I open on another computer which does have access to Plex Web then VLC does not find the server.

The problem is not the Plex Media Server (As far as I can see).
The problem is not the Firewall (Tried with disabled firewall).
The problem is not the VLC (both computers running same version of VLC).
What could it be?
