Something is messed up with my server and I am unable to access it in any other way besides direct IP.
How can I reset it without wiping my database/library info?
My setup is like this:
Server 1 (windows - working) (PlexPass) in Plex Home owned by User 1 (me)
Server 2 (linux - not working) (no PlexPass) in Plex Home (same Plex Home) owned by User 2 (also me but different account)
It was working until recently but stopped. Log shows nothing when I attempt to connect via https://app.plex.tv/web/app.
