Bug: same file imported twice

Sometimes, for no clear reason, the same file is imported twice. It then shows up with a blue (2) on the icon of the show / movie. Under mediainfo you can see it's exactly the same path. I've attached a sample xml export of the info.

I'm on Version 1.1.3.2700 on Arch Linux using the plex-media-server-plexpass AUR package.
