Plex not finding new directories in library

Greetings - running Plex version 1.1.4.2757 on Debian Linux server. It's been running well and generally flawlessly for several versions now.

However, last week I added two new directories to the TV Shows library area. These have the same permissions and naming conventions as the existing TV shows in the same library area. For example:

`
root@brecht:/data1/plex/TV Shows# ls -laR Bull
Bull:
total 12
drwxrwxrwx 3 root root 4096 Sep 25 21:44 .
drwxrwxrwx 17 root root 4096 Oct 4 10:29 ..
drwxrwxrwx 2 root root 4096 Sep 25 21:46 Season 01

Bull/Season 01:
total 472496
drwxrwxrwx 2 root root 4096 Sep 25 21:46 .
drwxrwxrwx 3 root root 4096 Sep 25 21:44 ..
-rwxrwxrwx 1 root root 483824932 Sep 25 22:21 Bull - s01eo1.mp4
`

However, the show (Bull, in this case) does not show up at all in the TV Shows library. I have viewed the library using a web browser as well as using the TiVo client, and it shows up in neither one.

Here is a segment of the Plex Media Scanner.log file in which it seems to "find" the directory:

I've tried updating, Refresh All, and even moving the directory out of the library, Refresh All, moving the directory back in, and Refresh All again, but still it doesn't find the material. Any help or suggestions very welcome!
