Incorrect matching of MacGyver 2016 as 1985 and no way to fix match.

I am having a problem with incorrect matching of a tv series. It is the new MacGyver series. I have the filename correctly marked with 2016 in the file name but the match is to the old 1985 series. Since there is only one year in the series there is no 'root' available hence no "fix incorrect match" option available at any level. I am running the most current stable version of Plex and have tried both Firefox and
Opera browsers. This is on Linux Mint 16.04. Any suggestions?
