Transcode Runner appears to have died

Hi folks,
I am having an issue playing videos from my Ubuntu PMS server to my Roku Player. My videos will always start to play fine, but it seems that after about 15 minutes of playing, it abrubtly stops, and says Video Unavailable, make sure the server is running and has access to this video. After checking the log, I am noticing the following messages numerous times, correlating with the times that the video stops playing:

Aug 23, 2012 21:43:05 [0x7f900e7fc700] WARN - Transcode runner appears to have died.
Aug 23, 2012 21:43:05 [0x7f900e7fc700] WARN - Timed out waiting for segment.

Trying to restart playing the video at this point proves useless. If I hit play, on the Roku again at this point, it takes about 2-3 minutes to start playing where it left off, and then only plays for a few seconds, and then dies again, giving me the same message. I am using the latest version from the Ubuntu/Debian repository (0.9.6.6-7deaf26). I have not tried any other media center devices, as all I have to test with is the Roku, and the Ubuntu 12.04 box. I am attaching the logs below. Please let me know if you need any other logs/output/files etc.
