Hey Guys,
I've recently made the switch from windows to Linux Mint for my PMS. I've got the drive permissions worked out Plex is seeing my content and I'm able to access it remotely on open networks.
The issue I'm having is accessing my plex media server at work indirectly using the Relay feature which I love as it allows me to still access my content (music streaming) on our restricted network. If I go across the street to the café on my phone and connect to their free wifi I can see my server no issues. When I had my server running windows 7 and tried accessing my PMS it would say direct connection not possible then automatically switch to relay or indirect mode which isn't happening now; it just says the server isn't found.
First of all, does anyone know if the relay feature is available on the latest Linux PMS releases? If it is a feature on the Linux version of the software, what things ABSOLUTELY need to be configured so the feature will trigger when a direct connection isn't possible?
Thanks,
