I've been running Plex on my media server for awhile, I updated from 1.3.Something to 1.4.3433 today and it killed my server. The logs are attached. I've removed, purged, dumped manually the Library files and started fresh. No luck. It seems to be a problem with the init script that I can't narrow down.
