I finally signed up for Plex Pass today. I went to create a premium Plex music library, but got an error saying my server had no internet access. Ive searched through a bunch of the other topics pertaining to this and am just completely baffled. I have tried signing out and back in, and have also reinstalled Plex server from scratch but the issue remains. I can access the Plex server fine from a remote location, so it obviously has connection.
NS lookup shows:
Name: pubsub.plex.tv
Address 1: 45.33.73.209 li1019-209.members.linode.com
I have also attached my logs (web and server) and a screenshot of the error
