intel avoton octa processor powerful enough to do 1080p many streams

I have outgrown my synology nas and need to do on the fly transcoding for multiple tablets simultaneously. I also need greater storage expandability.

I want to keep power consumption to a mimimum as its on 24x7x365

I am looking at the following server motherboard with embedded cpu.

I have read that it lacks some extension support for mmx sse etc

Can someone tell me if this will be able to handle 1080p on the fly transcoding of multiple streams to a couple ipads and android tablets and samsung tv?
